She is dedicated and methodical with her work and provides a high level of efficiency and customer service that she developed, along with her leadership and people skills, in her past career at a managerial level in the retail industry.

In her spare time she loves spending time with her son and her dog going for walks and to the beach and plays netball.

Steve Burt

Senior Engineer

Steve is a qualified builder by trade and has been practicing this for over 35 years. There isn't much he hasn't seen or worked on. As well as being qualified in all aspects of drainage and water works, Steve is a skilled digger operator and installer and works on all of our tank installations where his skills are a great asset to the WCDS team. Our work often crosses over with building works and other contractors. In these situations Steve is valuable in being able to lead our team, advise and liaise with other companies.

In Steve's spare time he likes to build models, and is into RC racing.

Taylor Sealy

Engineer

Taylor is the newest member of the WCDS engineering team. He has two years experience and has just completed his water networking apprenticeships. Recently winning the Apprentice of the 2023 Year at the Sedgemoor Business Awards goes to show how much pride and effort Taylor puts into his work with us here at West Country Drainage. We are immensely proud to have him on board, to not only support a new engineer in our industry, but of how far he has come in such a short space of time.

In Taylor's spare time he enjoys banger racing, the outdoors and spending time with friends.

The Office Doggos

Wellbeing Officers

Meet the Office Dogs at West Country Drainage Services—our beloved Wellbeing Officers! These furry team members take their roles very seriously, from providing emotional support with plenty of cuddles to lending a paw (or a tongue) with envelope licking. Always on standby for snack breaks, they brighten the office with their unconditional love, even if it's occasionally accompanied by a well-timed gaseous expulsion! Whether it's a wagging tail or a furry cuddle, they’re the heart of the office, making sure everyone stays happy and stress-free.
