West Country Drainage Services received an urgent call from a local estate agent needing help with a blocked drain outside a property, potentially causing issues for residents and visitors alike. We arrived on-site the same day to assess the problem and, using a combination of rodding and high-pressure jetting, were able to clear the initial blockage. During the process, however, we discovered that cement had fallen into the drain, creating a persistent obstruction. Recognising that further work would be needed to prevent future blockages, we arranged a follow-up visit to fully remove the debris and restore the drain to top condition. The estate agent appreciated our swift response, thorough approach and commitment to a long-term solution.
